In this role, the responsibilities include but are not limited to actively manage and effectively oversee assigned caseload for a variety of claims, including Public D&O, Private Company D&O, Financial Lines, Private Equity, Transaction Risk and Commercial Crime related claims. Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
