They play a critical collaboration, planning, and work execution role between the Operations, Commercial (Trucking), and IS teams to ensure that operational business requirements are properly captured, related system functions are enabled, and system configurations changes made by IS are adopted effectively by the respective business teams. This is an office-based role but requires a detailed understanding of field operations, maintenance, and safety work practices, as well as detailed technical knowledge of Maximo and related technology elements (e.g., system data structures, system administration / security practices, system configuration testing, etc.).
