The Pole Set Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of digger derricks and related equipment in support of aerial and underground telecom construction projects. Ability to sit, stand, climb, kneel, bend, lift, crawl, squat, reach and utilize both hands and feet in an aerial and underground capacity.
