Experience in a Life Plan Community, CCRC, senior living, aging services, healthcare, financial services, real estate, hospitality, membership organization, or another consultative-sales environment is preferred. Working under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Early Access Counselor's is responsible for driving sales, outreach, program growth, and member relationships for Paradise Valley Estates' Early Access Program.
