Additionally, the following physical abilities are required: balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, feeling, manual dexterity, grasping, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking. Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls including calls for assistance, disturbance calls, and complaints of crimes; enforces federal, state, and local laws by performing warrant, felony, or misdemeanor arrests; implements physical confrontation when necessary; and protects the civil rights of person in custody.
