Before each route or extra-curricular trip, inspect bus by checking tires, lights, brakes, horn, windshield wipers and steering to ensure bus can be operated safely before driving. Operate two-way radio equipment to communicate with transportation office, other buses, and school campuses, only when necessary, following appropriate radio procedures.
