The GI Outpatient APP will Perform H&P on new patients and see return patients for various GI conditions including: autoimmune, hepatitis, viral hepatitis, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, gastritis, PUD, GERD, anemia, dysphagia, pancreatitis, diverticulitis, celiac disease, EPI.
