Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Real Estate, this role designs and maintains comprehensive KPI reporting for all portfolio segments; monitors financial performance against targets across complex ownership structures, (trust-owned properties, investments); conducts financial assessments and modeling to evaluate deal economics, operational models, and asset positioning; and delivers insights that inform capital allocation and asset-level decision making. Essential Function 1: Portfolio Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Design, calculate, and maintain KPIs for rental and leased portfolios (occupancy, RPU, NOI, cash flow, turnover costs, expense trends, time-to-lease, tenant concentration, revenue growth, maintenance spend).
