Responsible for delivery and pickup of containers to and/or from customer locations; provide an effective and incident free delivery or pickup of a container while maintaining excellent rapport with the customer. Job Purpose: Our CDL Class A Truck Driver will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by partnering with a successful team of innovative and value driven employees to deliver and pick up stock as routed in a timely and safe manner. Ability to frequently lift, twist and turn, and carry 50 - 75 pounds, manipulate (push and pull) up to 160 pounds of product with material handling equipment, and skids weighing up to 2,000 pounds utilizing pallet jack.
This includes multiple stops per working day, working with scanning equipment, working directly with customers, and completing potential liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack. Delivery of raw material to mom and pops, grocery stores, bakeries and distribution centers(live unloads) Trucks have lift gates and drivers will utilize electric pallet jacks and 2 wheelers to unload product. We need drivers who are willing to layover a few times during the week as well as working some local routes.
