GENERAL SUMMARY: The Custodian performs custodial, maintenance and delivery services in and around the facility, troubleshoots, performs minor repairs and responds to emergency calls for service, implements setup and take down for a wide variety of meetings, works closely with employees and the public to meet the custodial needs of the organization, and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations. ABILITY TO: Operate manual and power equipment; perform physical labor; understand and carry out verbal and written directions; maintain cooperative working relationships demonstrate sensitive to and respect for a diverse population.
