Responsibilities:Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertiseManages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiativesAdvises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiativesBuilds relationships with business partners across various Lines of BusinessManages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projectsParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development, execution, validation, and documentation. Participate in projects and initiatives impacting Collateral Valuations, including: Engagement Letter enhancements and updatesCMS business configuration changesAccess Management activitiesProcess improvement initiativesOperational and technology-driven enhancements Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and management to support successful project implementation and issue resolution.
