Preference will be given to applicants with formal study and/or work experience in an ethnic studies-related field or discipline, such as African American studies, Chicana/o studies, women and gender studies, American studies, sociology, history, psychology, English, political science, liberal studies, philosophy, anthropology, social work, public health, and counseling.
