Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and facility concerns.
