Lead end-to-end due diligence for property acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and financings, including coordination of title reviews, ALTA surveys, zoning and entitlement analysis, environmental assessments (Phase I/II), property condition reports, and code compliance. The Due Diligence Manager will lead a team and manage comprehensive due diligence processes for high-volume real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, financings, and lease transactions.
