The FM Technician will report to the FM Assistant Manager, providing tactical support for a variety of assigned tasks related to equipment preventative maintenance, distribution and material handling technology, facilities upkeep, property cleanliness, utility performance, hardware optimization, building security, key card entry interface, safety, and other company-wide processes. Maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance and inspections on complex machinery (conveyor system, HVAC equipment, scanners, print and apply equipment, automatic doors, dock doors, Powered Industrial Trucks, air compressors systems, etc).
