Understand, interpret, and administer local drug testing procedures, specimen collection, prescriptions and over-the-counter medications, Medical Review Officer Procedures, Department of Health and Human Services certified lab procedures, checklist reviews, and action plans as needed to ensure accurate testing and reporting.
