While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works at construction work sites where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of related experience performing as Superintendent for specialty scopes of work (e.g., framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, specialty ceilings, delegated design cold formed metal framing, and doors, frames, hardware) .
