You will help maintain continuity in students’ learning, establish consistent classroom routines, and create a supportive environment where students feel confident, engaged, and ready to learn. As a Long-Term Substitute Teacher, you will take an active role in implementing lesson plans, monitoring student progress, managing classroom activities, and supporting students’ academic and social-emotional development.
