Echocardiographer Job Summary: Under the direction of the Cardiologist, Diagnostic imaging administration and/or Lead Ultrasonographer, the Echocardiographer performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the application of non-ionizing, high frequency ultrasonic waves to patients for diagnosis of disease.
