Prepare site improvement plans, specifications, drainage reports, and cost estimates for land development, showing existing and proposed contours, locations of structures, roads, walks, parking areas, fences, walls, and utilities, and ensure compliance with Customer RFP and coordination with Project Manager concerning scope of work, quantities, and scheduling. Compile and analyze data relating to a site's geographic location, topography, highway and rail access, available utilities, soil types, subsurface conditions, environmental status, drainage, local zoning and development regulations, restrictions and covenants, and other requirements that could affect the cost, constructability, and scheduling of a project.
