Specialized Skills (e.g., typing, computers, software, tools and equipment uses, etc.): Excellent computer skills, excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization, strong interpersonal and team dynamic skills, strong organizational and negotiation skills, self starter with solid integrity and the ability to provide directions and attention to detail. Experience:Minimum of six (6) years (E-IV), eight (8) years (E-V), or ten (10) years (E-VI) of progressive engineering experience in an electric power system environment, or four (4) years (E-IV), six (6) years (E-V), or eight (8) years (E-VI) with a PE license, with at least four (4) years, six (6) years, or eight (8) years, respectively, in system protection, relay and control design and/or substation testing at the bulk electric system level.
