Description<h3>Objective</h3>This position is responsible for developing new customer relationships and facilitating sales growth for power generation rental equipment and services to customers.<h4>Responsibilities</h4><h1>Primary Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Generate revenue and profit by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Increase market share within assigned territory by establishing and maintaining relationships with former and new customers</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Provide customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations to achieve goals for market share, fleet utilization, and ROPA</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Negotiate price with customers</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Generate sales leads by determining customer needs and identifying equipment, services, and/or parts that MacAllister provides and routes sales leads to appropriate sales representative</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Evaluate new construction projects and follow up with contractors for potential leads </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Coach and train other sales representatives</li></ul> Occasional/Other Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Assist management with sales forecasting involving budgets, market share, margins, and volume of sales</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Assist the marketing department with the design and development of promotional materials to facilitate sales growth of power systems</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 3pt 0.75in">Distribute promotional materials through e-commerce marketing channel and the allocated customer base</li></ul> Other Requirements of Position Typically responsible for leading, coordinating, and monitoring the work of others who perform the same type of work as this job.
