Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports and spreadsheets, to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness * Monitor supplies, stay in stock, and plan for expenses per budget. Additional responsibilities include multiple store accounts, greater volume of production and sales, multiple direct reports, and possibly multiple departments (EBooks), enhanced Inventory Management, preparation and delivery of training memos, reports, and forms.
