The SHS will have a specified client/resident caseload and ensure coordination of client needs, bringing expertise in one or more of the following areas: mental health, homelessness, addictions, developmental disabilities, domestic violence, employment services, motivational interviewing and the strength-based prospective. • Collaborate with 3Keys Property Management Staff and agency partners to ensure 100% occupancy in PSH and promotes residents success in maintaining permanent housing through advocating, referring, and providing social support.
