The Project Analyst will support the Medicaid Project Management Office in all aspects of replacing, upgrading, and enhancing all Medicaid Enterprise Systems, including the benefits management system, the provider enrollment system, the fraud, waste, and abuse case management system, the system integrator/enterprise service bus, the electronic visit verification system, and the care case management system. It entails understanding and improving both processes and technology; understanding the impact technological and process change has on business users; applying this understanding to deliver better services to business users, providers, and the public; and keeping current on developing technology and security issues at the state and federal levels.
