Responsibilities: Support day-to-day investor relations and business development efforts across existing clients, consultants, and prospective investorsAssist in the creation and maintenance of high-quality marketing materials (pitch books, presentations, investor updates, fundraising collateral)Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions, communications, and pipeline activityCoordinate and track team deliverables, helping ensure deadlines and project milestones are metPartner closely with investment, fund administration, operations, and compliance teams to support reporting and communication initiativesAssist in responding to investor inquiries, due diligence requests, and ad hoc projectsContribute to the planning and execution of investor events, meetings, and presentationsHelp streamline and improve internal processes related to investor communications and reporting. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in private equity, hedge fund, asset management, or another investment firm, ideally within investor relations or a similar functionExposure to investor communications, marketing materials, or fundraising support strongly preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with high attention to detailProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across teamsInterest in private markets and a desire to build a long-term career in investor relationsDesign sensibility (PowerPoint/marketing materials) is a strong plus.
