Working closely with marketing, business development, operations, and technical teams, the Proposal Coordinator develops compelling, client-focused content and produces high-quality proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), interview materials, and related pursuit deliverables that showcase RK's expertise and differentiators. Coordinate proposals and pursuit materials for transportation and infrastructure projects across Texas and nationally, supporting opportunities with state departments of transportation, cities, counties, toll authorities, transit agencies, airports, metropolitan planning organizations, and other infrastructure clients.
