Serving girls in grades 112 and a coeducational Kindergarten, the Elms educates girls and young women to live boldly with purpose, confidence, kindness, resilience, justice, and faith. The leader works with the Board, the school sponsor, faculty, staff, students, families, alumnae, and the broader community to sustain educational excellence and advance the school''s mission.
