The Treasury Manager will lead the Companys day-to-day treasury function, with responsibility for cash management and forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and loan draw activities across BKMs corporate and property-level entities. The Treasury Manager will work closely with senior Finance & Accounting leadership, Property Management, Asset Management, Construction Management, and other teams across the organization to ensure efficient management and movement of cash throughout the platform.
