Professional License (PE, PG) in New England states + 8+ years’ experience in environmental remediation (soil, water, sediment, PFAS, munitions) project management + Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related degree + Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations + Experience successfully managing environmental projects for Federal clients (USACE, Air Force, Navy, EPA) + Thorough working knowledge of RCRA and CERCLA processes + Experience in team management and scheduling of staff and resources to ensure on time and on budget project delivery + Superior communication, writing, editing, and reporting skills for a wide variety of audiences + Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders + Interest in business development + Have led teams of professionals in executing Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, Risk Assessment, and Treatability Studies in support of Federal environmental projects **Additional Information** Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Manages and directs professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects + Experience with CERCLA projects and federal facilities + Experience managing RI/FS, Remedial Design, Five Year Reviews + Regular client interaction on technical/cost/schedule topics + Familiar with project invoicing and cash flow management + Project scheduling experience and expertise + Analyzes financial statements and completes budget tracking + Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance + Performs work with minimal direction with periodic reporting to area manager + Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studies + Supervises junior and mid-level staff during all phases of project work + Occasional overnight travel required **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
