Supervises staff; oversees menus, compliance, budgets, procurement, reporting, food safety, inventory, and freight; and works with schools, District departments, vendors, and the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development (DEED). Administer applicable USDA Child Nutrition Programs; interpret federal, state, and District requirements; maintain procedures and internal controls; prepare for DEED reviews and audits; and oversee meal counts, claims, records, corrective action, and PrimeroEdge or approved systems.
