This position is highly collaborative; thus, the coordinator is expected to work with community organizations, colleges/universities, and multiple GRCC departments including, but not limited to, Admissions, the Enrollment Center, Academic Advising and Transfer Center, Counseling and Career Center, Financial Aid, Academic Support and Tutoring Services, and the College Success Center. The role includes grant management, recruitment and supervision of peer mentors and summer program facilitators, coordination of daily activities of the programs, outreach efforts, program development, non-academic student coaching, academic progress monitoring, data collection, and reporting.
