At a minimum, direct-care services may include, but not be limited to, supervision, training, documenting, and assistance with: shopping, house-hold cleaning/maintenance, meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, toileting, ambulating, community inclusion activities, transportation, and accessing community resources.
