Responsibilities Include:Teaching CNA knowledge, clinical skills, and best practicesPreparing students to obtain their CNA licenseEvaluating and documenting student progress through testing and skills assessmentsMaintaining accurate student recordsProviding encouragement, guidance, and hands-on instruction in both classroom and clinical settings Qualifications:Current CNA, LPN, or RN licenseCNA candidates must have at least 4 years of healthcare experienceLPN or RN candidates must have at least 2 years of healthcare experienceHigh School Diploma/GED requiredMust have or be able to obtain a Class E driver’s license before startingStrong teaching ability and understanding of CNA guidelines and practices We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:Patient, caring, and detail-orientedMission-driven and customer service focusedPassionate about helping students grow and succeedComfortable working in a clinical and classroom environment Additional Details:Supervise classes of approximately 5–20 studentsSome travel required (about 30%)May occasionally assist with student transportation to and from classIf you’re ready to use your healthcare experience to mentor and inspire future CNAs, we’d love to hear from you!
