Duties such as proctoring exams, answering phones, greeting visitors, data entry, data collection, data management, data analysis, creating reports, filing, scanning documents, answering questions, assisting the reception area, providing customer service to students, faculty and staff. Typical duties may include but are not limited to proctoring exams, typing, filing, answering phones, customer service, scheduling appointments, completing reports, data collection, data management and/or data analysis, and use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office suite.
