This position delivers both classroom (theory) and hands-on (practical evaluation) training, manages the full administrative lifecycle of certifications — tracking expirations, scheduling recertification, and maintaining audit-ready records — and investigates PIT-related safety incidents to determine root cause and corrective retraining needs. The Trainer partners closely with Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Safety leadership campus-wide to align training schedules with production needs, and serves as the site's subject-matter expert during OSHA inspections, internal audits, and client compliance walk-throughs.
