As a Virtual Reading Specialist / Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), you will deliver comprehensive, research-based reading intervention and specialized support to students in a fully remote environment, meeting them where they are and making a real difference in their academic growth, decoding skills, and reading confidence. Utilize explicit, systematic, structured, and multi-sensory teaching strategies (such as Orton-Gillingham or CALT methods) to address decoding, encoding, fluency, and reading comprehension.
