Work with the Principal, Instructional Coaches, Students Services team to design, model, facilitate, and hold others accountable to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 behavioral and academic processes and systems established; help ensure that student behavior and school culture meet the needs of all students while sustaining staff morale. A national leader in character education and supporting students with varying needs, over the past two years, Brilla alumni have secured spots in the most prestigious high schools in the tri-state area, earning over $3 million in scholarships and financial aid.
