Essential Functions • Creates and delivers lesson plans in alignment with District approved curriculum following the scope and sequence of their grade level team • Develops and maintains positive, professional relationships with students, other staff, families, and administrators • Advises families of student progress for the purpose of supporting teachers expectations, developing methods for improvement and/or reinforcing classroom goals in the home environment • Assesses students for the purpose of providing feedback to students, families, and administration regarding students progress, expectations, goals, etc.
