Essential Duties: Provide guidance and oversight to special education teachers and multidisciplinary teams in drafting, finalizing, and implementing compliant IEPs and ARD documentation, ensuring instructional alignment and high-quality academic, behavioral, and social programming, with 100% compliance for Initial, Annual, and Reevaluation timelines. Support campuses in Tier I-III problem-solving by guiding academic and behavioral interventions, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation, supporting Critical Student Instruction groups, and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
