Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the State where work will be performed, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Performs timely, clear, and accurate medical record documentation, including goal setting, functional assessments, and charge entry, following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
