Casey joined WVU Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he held numerous leadership roles, including the Vice Chair of Obstetrics, Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, assistant program director of the MFM Fellowship, alternate principal investigator for the Eunice Kennedy-Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development Maternal-Fetal Medicine Units Network, and the interim director of the Obstetric Medical Complications Clinic.
