Responsibilities: Plan, supervise and carry out developmentally appropriate early childhood program, with consideration to the needs of individual children, with concerns for their interest, special needs and talents, individual style and pace of learning and relationship to their cultural and socioeconomic background. Complete required training programs, conferences, courses, and other aspects of professional growth for a minimum of 15 hours; keeps abreast of current issues in early childhood education.
