Knowledge of academic operations and scheduling; strong communication, organization, relationship-building, process improvement, and data analysis skills; ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites; proficiency with institutional systems (e.g., Colleague) and office software; ability to follow correctional security and confidentiality requirements and use AI tools responsibly under College guidelines. May require travel to our main campus in Alvin and/or to various offsite locations, including local high schools in Alvin, Danbury, Manvel and Pearland and to Texas Department of Criminal Justice facilities in Richmond, Rosharon or Lake Jackson.
