Key Responsibilities: The Associate Vice President will: Provide executive operational leadership for Admissions & Records, Financial Aid & Veterans Affairs, and Student Experience, including College Navigators, Recruiters, and Career Coaches, by partnering with department leaders to ensure operational performance, regulatory compliance, service excellence, staffing, and continuous improvement across these functions. This position serves all Southside Virginia Community College campuses, centers, and instructional locations and offers an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing community college by leading enrollment operations, strengthening the student experience, and partnering with senior leadership to advance institutional priorities.
