Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Head Coach in developing teams that are competitive within the conference, region, and nationally by maximizing student-athletes’ talents, teaching and promoting teamwork, supporting the educational goals of individual student-athletes by demonstrating a coaching philosophy that aligns with those goals, and promoting an environment conducive to both.• Job Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred in higher education, sports administration, student personnel, business administration, or related field.• 1 year of high school or college-level coaching and/or swimming and diving experience required.•
