Uncertified applicants can be hired under the District of Innovation at a graduated pay scale of: • $56,000 (DOI Degreed in ACP 15,000) • $50,000 (DOI Degreed not in ACP 4,900) • $45,000 (DOI Non-Degreed with 90 hours) • $40,000 (DOI Non-Degreed with 60-89 hours until certification is complete) • DOI teachers must fulfill the district DOI plan expectations each year. Instructional Management: • Work collaboratively with other members of staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods according to District requirements, including engagement in Response to Intervention, Language Proficiency Assessment Committee, Section 504 Committee, Admission Review and Dismissal Committee meetings.
