Active cosmetology license or cosmetology instructor license required• Experience working in a cosmetology school or private education environment preferred• Leadership or management experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Organizational and problem-solving abilities• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Strong leadership mindset with a positive attitude• Passion for coaching, education, and culture.
