The Director serves as a key advisor to the City Manager and City Council on complex financial and organizational matters, leads major financial initiatives and analysis, and works collaboratively across the organization and with external partners to support sound financial stewardship, effective decision-making, and long-term fiscal sustainability. This executive-level position oversees the Citys financial and strategic management functions, including budget and performance management, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, purchasing, risk management, payroll, and internal audit.
