Maintain production certifications, J-STD-001, IPC-610.(Cables) Maintain production certifications, SI&A, and QID.Assist with LEAN manufacturing by becoming a leader and assisting with the following:Teach, Coach, Mentor Serve as facilitator for Lean initiatives in their areaHelp identify process improvement ideas and identify metricsWork with KMM Lean Liaisons to compile metricsKeep their Liaisons & Practitioners informed on projects Coordinate Lean training for their areaPerforms other related duties and assignments as required. (Cables) This position will require the use of crimping tools, retention tools, measuring tools, torque tools, calipers, wire strippers, form boards, tie tables, cut tables, power supplies, automated testing equipment and various hand tools as needed to perform the daily tasks.
